The Forum was attended by representatives from Fujian Government, the ASEAN-China Center, more than 100 online and offline participants as well as speakers from companies and industrial areas of Indonesia and Fujian.

The 21st CIFIT Forum was officially opened in the evening of 8 September 2021 by Mr. Hu Chunhua, Vice Premier of the State Council of China. The Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, H.E. Mr. Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, delivered a video speech as well to share about the development and prospect of Indonesia-China relations. Around 300 offline participants attended the invitation opening ceremony.
